Welcome to The Alkaline Earth! If you’re following me here from your time reading my first project, Hush, welcome back! It’s been a while, and nobody’s more ready for me to get back in the saddle than I am 😩

To lay some groundwork:
Click the tab in the top bar menu if you would like the story pitch and content warnings.
Updates will be one page a week on Monday mornings, at least for a while here. I’m confident I’ll be able to bump it up to at least two pages a week eventually, but I want to get my sea legs a bit before I commit to that.
This also might be a little bit too much of an advance warning, but if you followed Hush while it was updating, you’ll understand why I’m saying this — I intend to take a month off from updating about once a year, for my mental and physical health. Comicking is hard work, even if you love it like I do, and especially if you’re working a full time day job. Of course it won’t be happening any time soon, but from previous experience, a year will be up before we know it. And of course, I will warn you ahead of time when the time comes. Just so you know what to expect!
